1. What payment methods? Do you accept Cashapp? Venmo? Quickpay?

A: We accept Venmo, Paypal, and Stripe through our website. 


2. Do you require a deposit? What if I want a refund?

A. We require that our guests pay in full upon booking. We allow full refunds 48 hours prior to your scheduled picnic.


3. What if I want to cancel? 

A. Yes, you can cancel for free up to 48 hours, otherwise you will receive a 75% refund.


4. What if weather isn’t sufficient the day of the event - can I get a credit for another day?

A. If you purchase our Posh Picnic package our bubble is water resistant and can withstand Seattle rain. If you purchase either package and would like to reschedule due to weather, you can message us and we will work with you based on our availability. 


5. Are you pet friendly? 

A. We love our fur-babies, but unfortunately for safety and allergy purposes we don’t allow pets and animals at our picnics. 


6. How long can we stay for? What is the max people per picnic? 

A. Our picnics are typically 2 hours. However, you can pay an additional $45 for an extra hour on your picnic. 


7. Set up and Break down? How does that work?

A. We will set up and break down every picnic. We can also take special requests for engagements, anniversaries, etc. All you need to do is show up and we’ll take care of the rest!



8. How does it work, with COVID 19 being a thing? Are sheets, furniture washed and sanitized? Cups, utensils and plating are re-used? 

A. Safety of our guests is our #1 priority! During these uncertain times, you can be assured that all of our equipment is thoroughly sanitized and washed. In addition, we use disposable plates, cups and utensils for sanitary purposes. 


9. What happens if I damage something? 

A. We would love it if guests could notify our team if something gets damaged. There will be an additional charge if items are damaged and missing. 


10. What locations do you offer? Can you do backyard events?

A. We serve the greater-Seattle area and we can set up backyard events at your home! ​


11. I’m vegan, what food options do you guys have? 

A. We currently only offer mini charcuterie boards and shortbread cookies, however we encourage our guests to bring their own food and snacks. Please reach out to us and we can reach out to our vendors regarding vegan food options.
